First, send an apology mail to your buyer(if you know his mail id).

I think you (preferably your buyer) have to make a complaint to paypal regarding this wrong payment and claim that money back to your buyer’s account.

Before starting real business transactions, you have to experiment them with your own accounts. Paypal is providing some virtual environment to test these kind of transactions with some dummy accounts. Just explore papal’s site you will find it.
