- problem with ns2.34 installation
hi all,
i tried to reinstall my ns2 but every time i tired it give me an error.
In file included from tools/random.h:43,
from tools/random.cc:42:
tools/rng.h:104: error: expected class-name before ‘{’ token
tools/rng.h:369: error: ‘FILE’ has not been declared
tools/random.cc:50: error: ‘RANDOM_RETURN_TYPE’ does not name a type
make: *** [tools/random.o] Error 1
If any body have any idea please help me.

some of the simple errors of this kind can be resolved by modifying the code little bit (like using type casting). Otherwise we have to change the gcc version if we face LOT of such errors during compilation.
When i created a new user and tried to install same package it installed succesfully. then why it is not able to install on my current user account do i have clean up something after deleting ns-allinone-2.34 and then reinstall??
