Upto now, none of the existing WiMax extensions having any complete scheduler implementation. I hope that, Best Effort based scheduler is available in one of the available extension. But it is also in very preliminary stage. So you have to wait for some time (for some expert to do it) or you have to ‘bell the cat’ on your own.
yes mr charles,, thank you for the advice,, but i need the right scenario simulation to see the behavior of scheduling algorithm role’s in wimax,, do u had any suggestion? what is the meaning of worst case scenario simulation ?
I think, NIST WiMax extension model will be the most suitable one for your experiments since there seems a real implementation of a scheduler (BE -based) in it.
I think that a “worst case scenario” simulation is one in which some of the input parameters of the simulations are not taken in to account and hence that may lead inaccurate or approximate results.- If I am wrong some one may define it in a better way.
